Mary and Nelson James of Maple Hill, North Carolina operate a small organic farm.  Both retired, they still rise daily to care for rabbits, chickens, cows, pigs and vegetables.  They also tend to young people in hopes of planting a seed about the importance of eating wholesome foods and growing your own food at times.  This story aired on UNC-TV’s “North Carolina Now” program.
