Eastern North Carolina towns have seen, at least, two breweries open shop where you might not expect. Mother Earth Brewing is based in downtown Kinston, North Carolina. Downtown Kinston needs business and Mother Earth’s team is building a brand and offer beers that are impossible to forget once you sample them. I met Stephen Hill, Trent Mooring and master brewer Josh Brewer for the piece that aired on UNC-TV’s “North Carolina Now.”
THEN, low and behold, reporter Clay Johnson grabbed a different “angle” or vision on the Mother Earth story for UNC-TV’s “North Carolina Weekend” program.
